Experience
I am an ICU nurse who currently works at Duke University Hospital. As a recent college grad, I understand the demand placed on students to achieve high marks in classes and exams to achieve success in today’s world. Graduating magna cum laude, and being a top performer in my nursing school, I contribute my knowledge and experience to help students show their own intelligence on paper. I’ve taught Medical-Surgical nursing to groups of sophomore nursing students for two consecutive years. I was able to develop multiple teaching styles to cater to the diverse group of students. These two years were one of the most rewarding periods of my life as I was able to see students who struggled to grasp material during lectures and help them grasp these hard concepts during my study sessions. Applying this knowledge to the NCLEX, I was able to pass within 75 questions. I also excelled in high school, the number one high school in the state, earning top marks both in class as well as my standardized tests (ACT 33, SAT 2110). I was able to go home with tips and tricks that to this day have not left me. I'm eager to pass on the help that I received to be successful to my students. I hold myself and my students to a high standard. Therefore, I promise to reply promptly to all communication. Feedback is key to improvement, for me and the student. Therefore, I will never charge for an unsatisfactory session.
